Today we will talk to someone who witnessed gross leadership failures but has decided to take his story public to change the culture of secrecy around toxic work climates. Like families with dirty, dark secrets, we must not be afraid to have candid and emphatic talks with one another about hard things.
His book “Where is the Chief” highlights inadequate leadership within the US Navy Chief community.
